Giving, in the open

10% of revenue to registered SA charities, published monthly.

A tenth of every rand Indlela earns goes to registered South African charities. The amount and the charities are published here every month, so the promise can be checked, and not only believed.

How the tenth is worked out: we take our gross subscription revenue for the month, leave out the VAT, and give 10 percent of that figure. Every rand of it goes to registered non-profit organisations that are not connected to Indlela or to the people who run it, and we publish each organisation's registration number next to its name.
